About us

The service
We provide exterior window cleaning, gutter clearing, fascia and soffit cleaning and conservatory roof cleaning to domestic and small commercial properties. Windows are cleaned by hand, and glass, frames and sills are included in every window clean unless agreed otherwise.
The regular round
Regular cleaning is carried out every 4 weeks or every 8 weeks, as agreed with you. Visit dates can move by a few days because of weather or scheduling. We will message you before each visit.
No minimum term
There is no contract and no minimum term. You can change frequency, pause, or cancel at any time by telling us. Where a visit has already been carried out, that visit remains payable.
Payment
Payment is due on the day of the clean. You can pay by card or Apple Pay on the day, by card link after the visit, or by an automatic payment set up to go out in line with your cleaning cycle. Access
We need safe access to the front and rear of the property, including gates being unlocked and dogs kept inside. Where safe access is not possible we will clean what we can reach and let you know.
If nobody is home
You do not need to be in. If we can get to the rear of the property we will carry out the clean and let you know when it is done, and payment can be made afterwards. If we cannot get access to the rear, the visit may be charged at a reduced rate for the front only, agreed with you.
Putting it right
If you are not happy with a clean, tell us within 48 hours of the visit and we will come back and put it right at no extra cost.
Insurance and liability
We hold public liability insurance. We are not liable for pre-existing defects such as failed seals, rotten frames, loose sills or damaged guttering, though we will point them out to you where we notice them. [PLACEHOLDER — INSURANCE POLICY DETAILS TO BE ADDED.]
