A complete clean by hand
We clean traditionally, by hand, so every window gets looked at properly rather than sprayed at from the ground. Glass, frames, sills and the doors are all done as standard on every visit. Where something is genuinely out of safe reach we use a pole, but the ladder and squeegee are always the first call.

We leave a card through the door every time we visit, so you always know the clean has been done and what was included. No guessing and no chasing.

I have been cleaning windows since I was 16, so ten years now. I run the business myself, with no subcontractors and no rotating staff, so the person who gives you a price is the person who turns up at your house.
I have always cleaned traditionally, by hand. It takes longer, but the frames and the sills get done instead of blasting the glass from the pavement and calling it finished.
