Ten years, same pair of hands
I have been cleaning windows since I was 16, so ten years now. I run the business myself. There are no subcontractors and no rotating staff, so the person who gives you a price is the person who turns up at your house.
I have always cleaned traditionally, by hand. It takes longer, but you see the window while you are cleaning it, and you get the frames and the sills done instead of blasting the glass from the pavement and calling it finished.
